Following the COVID break, on 20th February - 26th February 2022 , Warriors of Warrington Swimming club travelled to Mount Kelly for an intensive swim training camp.
The camp saw 33 Warriors swimmers continue the experiences of Cyprus 2020 by making memories for life, with swimmers completing over 22 hours of training in an indoor 50m swimming pool at Mount Kelly School, Tavistock.
This provided the swimmers with an experience not many swimmers have the opportunity to achieve in their swimmer career, swimming over 60km in a week! They also had the opportunity to train alongside many athletes from other British swimming clubs.

A big thank you is expressed to our excellent coaching team, Darren and Gatley along with the amazing support provided by all the chaperones, who without the trip could never have taken place. Swimzi once again produced fantastic swim kit and thanks to Sports Abroad for organising the camp.The camp was a real success with all swimmers coming back with having had a brilliant time.
